Specialists in Media and Brand ExpressionIn today’s increasingly digital world, where media is becoming more fragmented, Ipsos Connect helps you understand how best to talk with consumers to drive brand growth. Having compelling content and great advertising and communications is what builds brand equity. Achieving both of these comes from understanding the consumer, their relationship with the brand and role of media in their lives. Ipsos Connect are uniquely placed to help you do this. We understand consumers in the three areas of media, brands and communication and so are uniquely placed to join up the insight from these.

Helping clients build stronger relationships with the people who matter to themThere is little doubt that an organisation’s reputation is its most important intangible asset. Managed effectively, it can increase loyalty, commitment and support from a wide range of stakeholders. A strong reputation creates a positive halo around an organisation – generating a reservoir of good will as well as increasing the effectiveness of its marketing and communication activities.
The Reputation Centre helps its clients to identify the issues and actions that build corporate reputation and deliver brand equity. Together with our clients we identify and engage with their key stakeholders and influencers – individuals that can impact on their license to operate, media profile, market position or indeed profitability.

HealthcareUntil recently, the success of pharmaceutical drugs was dependent upon the decisions doctors made between competing brands. The doctor was king. Now things have changed. Health authorities, who actually pay for the drugs, have much more say in terms of what doctors may or may not prescribe. As do patients, who are increasingly knowledgeable about their conditions and the choices they have. Pharmacists too and other healthcare professionals are also increasing their role in treatment choices. The healthcare landscape has become more complex and more difficult for pharmaceutical companies to navigate. In short, we now operate within a multiple stakeholder environment. The healthcare business is definitely more complex and changing very fast, and this makes it more interesting and a lot more challenging.
Ipsos Healthcare is dedicated to understanding the motivations, interactions and influences of those multiple stakeholders. Through our innovative, customised research solutions and our market-leading therapy monitors (20+ diseases in 31 countries), we help pharmaceutical sector clients understand better their own customers’ needs, build successful brands and contribute is a significant way to their commercial success.
Think you could join us? If you do, you’ll be joining 600 smart, passionate, innovative people working with the top pharma clients across 40 countries. In other words, you’ll be joining one of the world’s largest and most successful healthcare market research agencies...

It's the quality of our staff that sets us apart from other research agencies. We take our pick from the brightest and best graduates so are constantly exposed to new ideas and latest thinking. But we recognise the value that lies in experience and many of our staff bring with them the knowledge that comes with many years of commercial public sector work. Our work spans the domestic public policy agenda, including welfare, employment, health, crime, environment, regulation, transport, families, community cohesion, race and faith, housing, planning, as well as local and national governance.
